Dream Shakerz Bi-Weekly Shakedown 09-25-21

In this episode, we'll be connecting with Shalom Osiadi, the current Co-founder & CEO of Escamenu a food-centric start-up out of Ireland that seeks to provide regional cooks with the opportunity to take their passions and turn them into a promising new business. During the show, Shalom discussed how he was exposed to the world of technology, what valuable lessons he learned as a serial entrepreneur, and how his company intends to provide the chefs that leverage the platform with meaningful learning opportunities to further enhance their business acumen.  We're adapting to a new delivery format while Stephon, our co-host, kicks off classes in his graduate design program, so there isn't a level-up section this week, but the level-up will be back in our next episode! -Dream Shakerz IGLink: https://www.instagram.com/dr3am_shakerz/Dream Shakerz YoutubeLink:https://bit.ly/3yX7toUDream Shakerz LinkedinLink:https://bit.ly/3gdBZnc

Om Podcasten

Welcome to the Dream Shakerz Podcast, our weekly show that covers technology, venture capital, and professional development from the vantage point of an ex-banker whose since switched to overseeing operations at a startup and a former management consultant whose in the midst of transitioning to graduate school to study human-computer interaction and design. As young black men, we realized that there was a void in regards to content creators who came from impoverished backgrounds but have also found success in professional spaces while staying true to who they are as people. We want to inform you, our audience, that your beginnings should not rule out certain career paths and that professional success doesn't necessarily mean you have to cut off all cultural ties. Given our success in plotting a course from public housing units in the Bronx to programs at Harvard, we believe we can effectively speak to this need.
