PERSONAL FAVORITES - HIGHER PLACE

I thought I'd post another "uplifting" mix of music. Now that, here in California, we are in a mandatory 2 week quarantine there is lots of time for things like listening to music, TV, reading, spending time outside in nature, sleeping, and just doing things that our busy lives take us away from sometimes. In the past few years, and especially this past year, I've been practicing meditation. It has been very interesting, to say the least, and something that definitely takes a lot of practice. I must say, especially during these last few weeks, it has helped me tremendously. So, whatever your spiritual or religious or even non-beliefs, there's never been a better time to do some self introspection and really take some time to get to know and love yourself. It will also help you love and appreciate those around you even more.
