Uncertainty isn't the enemy
It’s easy to believe the myth that all you need to build and run a successful business is a solid business plan and the purposeful strategy to bring it to life. And those things are essential, but there’s another piece of this puzzle that is essential too: learning how to navigate uncertainty. In this episode I explore the ways that we can navigate uncertainty in our business with more intention and courage, and how to expand our capacity for uncertainty so that we can show up and run the business and be the business owner that we want to be. Because when we are better able to navigate uncertainty, we’re then more capable of taking intentional, brave, and truly effective action in our business.
