Edward Hoffman discusses his book "The Smart Mission" and NASA’s lessons for managing high-tech projects. Ed was the first NASA Chief Knowledge Officer, and the founder of the NASA Project Leadership Academy. In 2010 he received the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal.
