The Kindness Effect

Kindness is one of our most powerful strengths. In today’s episode, I’ll be sharing how it has been such a strong motivator for me throughout my life, why showing outward kindness has led to me attracting a more positive tribe, as well as how our brain scientifically responds to healthy habits and reward cycles. I’m a huge proponent of the belief that life tends to run a lot smoother when we’re feeling good, which is one of the reasons I’m so excited to dive into this topic.
