We have all been brought up to believe that memory is lost with age and that this is an inescapable truth of life. We have not, however, been told that you can train your brain into remembering by stimulating your memory.Creating visual pictures of things you want to remember, repeating things inside of your head, and most importantly, praising yourself for remembering, are a few tips that will help your memory along the way.Today, I come to you with what I believe is one of the most important tools to develop when trying to improve your life. By training to keep your brain and memory muscles activated and young, you step outside of the box created by our dependence on technology and you keep your memory from deteriorating.
