In this episode, I'm joined by Tom Newbury, an Artist at Weta Digital. I actually first came across Tom's work via his Gumroad tutorials! I just love it when artists share their knowledge. :) Tom has so many helpful insights, but one advice that I appreciated the most in our conversation was his encouragement of daily practice. "Daily, just do something," he said, "because every little bit of work you put in goes towards where you'll eventually get to. You just need to put in a little bit of extra effort every day."
