191: My pledge for racial equality

In this episode I want to focus solely on the Black Lives Matter movement, pledge my support as an ally and state my commitment to learn and educate myself. I do recognize this podcast is a channel of influence, and although I am not an expert on the topic of anti-racism, I am a leader and some of you look to me as a teacher. So I will share my experience over the last few weeks and what I am pledging to do for change.
