How to achieve more sustainable mobile networks? Discussion with Telekom, Telefónica and Vodafone
Mobile networks must and want to become more energy efficient. And there are already some good possibilities to do so. We invited Tanja Richter, Managing Director and Network Director at Vodafone Deutschland, Mallik Rao, Chief Technology & Information Officer at Telefónica Deutschland, Driton Emini, Vice President of Network Evaluation and Strategy at Deutsche Telekom, and Hakan Ekmen, Global Networks Lead, Comms Industry Accenture. Together with the three German mobile operators, we discussed what is possible today to achieve more sustainable mobile networks.
