Alexandra speaks with Henrietta Inman. After graduating from university and having always loved to cook, Hen decided she wanted to become a pastry chef. A year spent in Italy and France inspired her to enroll at catering college. She trained as an apprentice at the Lanesborough hotel, and then went onto working at the Michelin-starred italian restaurant, Apsley's. After five years of working in award-winning London kitchens, Hen moved back to Suffolk, to start her own business, having a stall at local farmers' markets, making bespoke celebration cakes, catering for events and teaching. Henrietta's journey has led her to Stoney Street, her restaurant in Borough Market.Come for Supper sees host Alexandra Dudley sit down with artists, actors, authors and chefs to discuss how they like to serve supper.
