After university, Tom's career took a significant turn when he joined TikTok in Indonesia as a Strategy and Operations Manager. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional acumen in overseeing key accounts like Jd.com and Xiaomi Inc, contributing to over 10 million dollars in sales and more than 100 million views for promotional videos. He played a crucial role in a period of exponential growth at TikTok, being a part of the team expand from 50 to over 5000 individuals in just two years. Building on his experiences, Tom is currently advancing his education and career prospects by pursuing an MBA at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School. This new academic pursuit is coupled with an exciting entrepreneurial venture. He has founded Genii Creators Agency, a bold initiative in the creator economy.
