News that top United States security officials accidently added a journalist to their group chat discussing their war plans may have struck fear for some who have suffered a messaging misfire. The top tier chat including the Vice President and the Secretary for Defence was explosive according to the journalist; with precise information about weapons packages, targets and timings of strikes on Yemen.
