Rotorua emergency housing hearing has wrapped up

Rotorua residents claim they've been have been spat at and abused, and have seen car windscreens smashed by emergency housing tenants from the city's motels. Such concerns are behind a resounding level of opposition to the extension of seven motels' emergency housing contracts for another year. Although, one resident said cutting the contracts will cause further problems. A hearing on the issue finished today and reporter Libby Kirkby-Mcleod was there.
