Pennsylvania-based Balfour Beatty Communities, pleaded guilty to one count of defrauding the US Military. For six years, they caused military families to suffer as they were forced to wait through lengthy and unnecessary delays of maintenance issues. BBC employees were accused of closing work orders before maintenance had been completed.
