On August 29th, 2021, Hurricane Ida slammed into the gulf coast of Louisiana.  The hurricane left a lot of damage in its wake, specifically in the town of Barataria.  The main bridge that connected the 1200 person community to the mainland was destroyed; leaving the town stranded. Thankfully, @Acrow, a modular bridge company, was able to quickly fabricate a modular steel span to reconnect the community to the mainland.  Listen to this week's Walkthrough Wednesday to learn more about this story.
