I have built many businesses in my career, and until now working in the online space, I have always required a full time team. Even now, my core team is full time and I outsource a small fraction of work to contractors. But I see so many people building their businesses completely through part time staff, and I want to give you an alternative. So tune in to hear my argument as to why full-time is the way to go.
