The Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter’s third album is out this week. “Una Rosa” will be released on October 15 and, as with so much of Xenia Rubinos’ music, it defies labels. It is rhythmically and melodically complex, infusing elements of funk, rock, hip-hop, jazz and more.
