Amanda Seales: Smart, funny and Black

Best known most recently for her role as Tiffany DuBois on “Insecure,” Amanda Seales was the second Black woman to ever have her own comedy special on HBO. That special, 2019’s “I Be Knowin’,” is an uncompromising and hilarious exploration of what it’s like to be a Black woman in America today, among other topics.
