I love to observe my clients and share with them the patterns that I notice. Their habits, their groove because once we know our patterns, we can prepare for it.  In episode 51 we discussed our quit pattern. This is the point where we often find ourselves giving up and quitting. We discuss the importance of identifying this pattern because once we know where or when we tend to give up, we can address it by using thought work to explore our limiting beliefs so they can be released really quickly and help us to remove mental obstacles that are stopping us from reaching our goals.  This week I want to discuss our go all-in pattern. This is the point where you decide that you are all in on a goal and you're fully committed. So for you, when do you decide to go all-in? Is it when you know all the what if’s and solve for them? Is it after you receive external validation and gather others people's opinions? Or is it when you have evidence that you will succeed? Whatever it is, it's ok. There is nothing wrong. We just need to identify our pattern so that we can then create thought disruptors, like plans and protocols to redirect our pathways and decide to go all-in now without the disruptors stopping us.
