22: Shifting Your Perspective About Your Body

In this week’s solo episode I'm sharing the perspective shift that changed how I felt about my body - and how it can for you too! This discussion is so important for many reasons, but two I cover in this episode are:  1) body insecurity can create ongoing mental and emotional stress, which also negatively impacts your physical health, and 2) body insecurity is often the source of why many people don’t engage in certain activities and more fully LIVE their life.  Improving your physical fitness and health WHILE also living and enjoying your life IS possible. In fact, I’m sharing how this perspective shift can also be the key to adopting and sustaining long-term healthy habits.
