For months I planned to see Beau is Afraid on opening weekend, then the week arrived and the runtime was too much for me to endure. We'll reconsider when it's on streaming platforms. Tyler was expecting to come along for the ride on that one so instead we pivoted to Evil Dead Rise. I had almost no familiarity with the previous entries in the franchise but thankfully Tyler did. The movie (at the time of this upload) is receiving rave reviews from critics and fans alike.
