David Seymour wins the playground game that happens in the house today when he got the PM to call him an 'arrogant prick'. She is correct, he is, but in the game of politics if you can get someone to lose their cool...and have to apologise...then you win.   The Ombudsman report has shown that the Government was too cold and calculating when making rules for allocating spaces for MIQ. One of the leading findings was that everyone was being treated the same when means testing and making decisions based on need.   As it's our first night back since the Hamilton West results, we'll take a quick look at them and see why it's bad, bad news for Labour
