Te Pati Maori have had a very good result and Christopher Luxon is still not resonating with the public with his performance ratings in the doldrums. National has come out swinging today...but it seems to be a swing and a miss with their "tax receipt" idea falling on deaf ears, including of their partner party ACT who says it's not even an original idea. What is it?
