Julian Batchelor has threatened to sue TVNZ and Sanjana Hattotuwa over comments made by Sanjana in a TVNZ interview. Mr. Batchelor is claiming both TVNZ and Sanjana defamed him by, among other things, claiming he was racist and used racist rhetoric. Mr Batchelor also said the quiet part outload when he acknowledged a two-tier justice system favoring the wealthy stating, "those with the most money usually win."
