#BHN Alf Filapaina on Labour's Youth Crime announcement

Alf Filapaina is an Auckland Councillor and a former Police Officer and joins us to talk about Labour's announcement on youth crime. Alf is very experienced in the area of youth crime and brings a perspective from the community where many of these issues are happening and from someone who used to work in the justice system as a police officer.
