Scaling Within a 1:1 Model

In many service-based industries, the experts tell you that the way to grow your business is to transition out of 1:1 services and into group experiences, courses, passive products and the like so you can decrease your time investment and increase your impact and bottom line. It makes plenty of sense on paper but this approach to service design and scaling doesn’t work for everyone.
