Setting goals and setting up an agency

Alex took his time to hire a first team member, but it seems there was very little doubt it would happen eventually. He's always felt at his best when he's able to lead the way, and running his own agency had been on the cards for a while. That agency is now made up of 6, and Alex is working with a mentor - The Secret Millionaire's Mike Greene - to manage its growth and set goals for the future.
