Skiing photographer Reuben graduated during the 2008 financial crash and he’s found his own way since then, learning as he went along, without a staff job or an apprenticeship. He talks about managing the seasonality of his business and how he finds work, including networking, pitching, making a film and forming a production company with other freelancers.
