Believe it or not, before all the fame this man was a bouncer working at H00ters. Growing up his natural size lent itself to athletics and through high school, he played both football and basketball and ended up earning for himself a scholarship to play later while he studied sports management. His end goal was to play basketball in Europe until a knee injury crushed that dream. From there he was working as a bouncer and collecting debts for loan sharks. Even without the makeup, you gotta imagine he was a scary dude to walk up to you at any time in his life... something that would work for him outside of wrestling and even land him a few movie roles.
