Episode 44: Three Hills and Emperor's Brewery Collab Brew Day In this episode, I join Andy from Three Hills and Damian from Emperor's in Bermondsey, South London, for a collaboration brew day. The resulting beer will be a big Imperial Stout called Rebel Fortress and will be available from 28th April 2022. After a morning of mashing in and then digging out the mash tun, plus sampling beers - and some Whisky and Wort! - we sat outside in the pleasant Spring weather and chatted about their breweries as well as about collaborations. Also featured, I cover some more news about the beer industry's fundraising for Ukraine including Euroboozer bringing all of Varvar's beer to the UK and Pete Brown's fundraising beer tasting of 7 rare and unique beers from his own collection.
