Project 2025: the good, the bad, and the hysterical

Never has a white paper made so much of a splash as the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025. Since when do normal people even hear about such things? This week, I comb through what's actually in this thing, who is behind it, and how much people need to be concerned about its contents from a sane and centrist point of view.
