James Shore on the Art of Agile Development - Episode 167

Today, James Shore joins The Azure DevOps Podcast! James teaches, writes, and consults on Agile software development. He is co-author of the classic Agile how-to guide, The Art of Agile Development, and is the co-creator of the Agile Fluency® Model; a highly-regarded guide for Agile adoption. He is also the recipient of the Agile Alliance’s Gordon Pask Award for Contributions to Agile Practice.   James’ book, The Art of Agile Development, first came out in late 2007. This year (late 2021), the second edition is coming out.
