Astral Projection, the Ego & the Principle of Conserving Energy
YouTube episode: https://youtu.be/bAyR0pQ9sJA We take a look at some of the teachings by the native American shaman, Don Juan Matus, and how conserving spiritual energy greatly enhances our likelihood of Astral travel, and how this all naturally relates to the comprehension and transcendence of the infamous ego. Through understanding these aspects, we also gain a sense of why Astral projection may not have happened for us yet, and more deeply understand reasons why we should be more patient with ourselves on this path towards awakening consciousness. Keep in mind that the spiritual energy saved up doesn't derive from our ego, it derives from a lack of ego, therefore it is universal energy, which is available in abundance when we open ourselves up to it and allow it to energise us. This is our natural state. It's an illusion to think we use our own egoic energy for Astral projection. This is why it's common to wake up feeling energised and healed after being out of body.
