She's always been interested in living a healthy life and finding the most optimal diet but never truly succeeded until she came across the carnivore diet. After following an animal based diet with an emphasis on high quality animal fats and organ meats, her life has drastically improved. Her goal is to share her story in hopes to challenge others to be open minded when presented with new information that goes against the grain.
