Bill is A food archaeologist, primitive technologist, hunter, forager and chef, He is a strong advocate of traditional foodways and is constantly seeking new ways to incorporate lessons learned from his research into the diets of modern humans. His work combines research from our ancient dietary past, global traditional foodways, and modern culinary arts to create food solutions that are relevant, meaningful and accessible in today’s world.   He believes that only by fully reconnecting with our food can we as a species learn to eat like humans again.
