30 - Blast Off Into Space

BLAST OFF INTO SPACE EPISODE SYNOPSIS: The planet on which the Robinson family had found refuge is about to disintegrate due to the blasting of a space prospector, Nerim, in his search for the valuable element Cosmonium. The Robinsons hastily prepare to blast off into space, and so does the prospector, but he is lacking a thruster control necessary to get his spaceship off the ground. Smith, greedy to get some of the Cosmonium, steals this instrument from the Jupiter and gambles it to Nerim for two bottles of the precious liquid, only to find that when they take off without the thruster control, their ship cannot escape the planet’s pull.
