How to Structure a Workflow

I know I can get frazzled when I don’t have a proper workflow down for things I do repeatedly in my business. A workflow consists of an orchestrated and repeatable pattern of activity (like a newsletter, blog, podcast, social posts…these are thing that you might do repeatedly in your business), enabled by the systematic organization of resources into processes (System could be a PM system like Monday.com or Asana or you could use an Excel Sheet to organize your resources AKA you or a Virtual Assistant plus time, you got manage your resource of time into a process…like a step by step guide to get that entire task done) that transform materials, provide services, or process information (AKA your products or services/offerings). In this episode, I provide you with 3 examples of my workflows that I have for my podcast, newsletter, and social posts.  As you listen to this episode, I want you to think about projects and tasks where you can create a dedicated workflow to make your business more efficient!
