Natalie co-owns March Muses, the leading supplier of Black Christmas decorations in the UK, and is on a mission to help make the festive season become more inclusive. Her 19 product range featuring Black angels and Black Santa baubles, are individually handmade with close attention being made to skin tone, hair design, body shape and size. They embody diversity, elegance and a side of Christmas that is rarely seen, and their range of decorations of colour will ensure that everyone can feel included in the holiday magic Through all her work, Natalie champions diversity, creativity, and inclusion and has the expertise and interest in women in business, acting, raising daughters, entrepreneurship, pop culture, and single mum life. In her other work, Natalie is Head of Events for Black Mums Upfront Podcast a platform and movement putting Black motherhood into the forefront. Where possible they raise awareness, campaign, and advocate for mother’s rights and social issues, and often do this through partnerships or connecting with third party organisations.
