The new job means more money, her own office, an assistant ... and she doesn't want any of it. The main reason? She can't stand the idea of saying goodbye to her WJM family.  As we look at Mary's indecisiveness about taking the new job, we discuss the importance of demanding fair pay as women, Phyllis's pragmatism, and the pejorative language of referring to women as girls.
