They talk about You Tube and Jacque's climb to the top of the platform and debate how much luck is involved in that level of success. Jacques talks about being a rapper and trying to make it as an entertainer in music and films before turning to you tube. Kustoo discusses his role as a person with influence and how he will use that to impact society and they debate whether or not big companies and brands will sustain their current level of enthusiasm towards improving equality. There is some golf talk as the episode winds down with Kustoo talking about some of the celebrities he has worked with like Tiger Woods, Karl Anthony Towns, KD and Kobe Bryant.
